Reasonable Costs No Deposits/Securities

VIP care does not charge and keep and extra 2 months’ rent in the form of a deposit and security. We do not hold the resident hostage to the funds since we only require a small service charge and a pro-rated first month’s rent to move into our facility.

Monthly invoices are not sent since the rent amount remains constant unless changed in writing after a 45 day notice.
